This is one of my Grandma's "keeper" recipes. A family favorite- great with a cup of coffee or hot tea.

baking soda

sour cream
1 c

chopped nuts (optional)

Cream sugar and butter

Add flour, eggs, baking soda and mix well

Add sour cream, nuts (optional) and butterscotch chips. Pour into greased tube pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
