This is one of my Grandma's "keeper" recipes. A family favorite- great with a cup of coffee or hot tea.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup butterscotch chips

Step 1Cream sugar and butter

Step 2Add flour, eggs, baking soda and mix well

Step 3Add sour cream, nuts (optional) and butterscotch chips. Pour into greased tube pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
