  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp
    root beer concentrate
  • ROOT BEER FROSTING
  • 1
    (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping,thawed

    package cream cheese,softened
  • 1
    packet instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 3/4 c
    chilled root beer

How To Make root beer peanut butter cake?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.Add chopped peanuts and crushed root beer candies;mix well.

    Combine cake mix,water,egg whites,oil,peanut butter and root beer concentrate in a large bowl;beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened,about 30 seconds.Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
