This is a great recipe, fun for the kiddos! Perfect at summer BBQs or potlucks. Tasty with or without frosting. Everyone that has tried them has enjoyed them so far.

  • 1 box
    brownie mix, Betty Crocker Supreme with chocolate syrup preferred, 16 oz.
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
  • 2
  • 1 bag(s)
    chocolate chip cookie mix, Betty Crocker preferred, 17.5 oz
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1
  • 1 can(s)
    chocolate frosting, if using (Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy preferred), 16 oz

How to Make Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies


  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Make brownie mix as directed on box, using oil, water, and 2 eggs.
  3. Spread in pan.
  4. Make cookie mix as directed on the pouch using butter and 1 egg.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls evenly onto brownie batter; press down lightly.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
  7. Cool completely (about 1 hour). Then frost if desired. **For brownies, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.
