Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you're in a crunch for time and need a quick dessert, give these brownies a try. It's the best of both worlds with brownies and chocolate chip cookies. The cookies cook into the brownies and, once baked, are a moist and chewy bar. A great dessert for a BBQ, potluck or when you just want to bake something. They're so easy to make, kids can help too.
