Ingredients For peanut butter cupcakes

  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    baking cocoa
  • 6 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make peanut butter cupcakes

    In bowl cream peanut butter, butter and sugar and brown sugar till fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

    Combine flour, baking soda,baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture alternating with milk. Beat well after each.

    Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full. Bake 350 degrees for 24 to 26 minutes till golden brown. Cool.

    Frosting- in bowl cream butter till fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioner sugar,cocoa,milk,vanilla and salt. Frost cupcakes.
