Oh, with layers of yumminess, this no-bake dessert is decadent. It has a crunchy Oreo crust. Then, there's a layer of creamy, lightly sweet chocolate cheesecake. An Oreo cheesecake layer is next and then crushed Oreos are on top. This is sublime and super simple to prepare. Your guests are going to be asking for this recipe.

Ingredients For oreo no-bake chocolate cheesecake bars

  • 2 pkg
    Double Stuffed Oreo cookies, 15.35 oz
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    Baker's semi-sweet baking squares, 8 oz
  • 4 pkg
    cream cheese, softened, 8 oz each
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pt
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar

From the second package of Oreos, we crunched up about 20 cookies for the Oreo layer. We used the remaining Oreos to decorate with larger cookies too.
  • Oreo cookies in a food processor.

    Place one package of the Double Stuffed Oreos into a food processor.
  • Cookies ground into crumbs.

    Grind until fine crumbs.
  • Mixing butter into the crumbs.

    Mix the 1/4 cup of butter into the crumbs.
  • Lining the pan with cookie crumbs.

    Line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal. Press cookie crumbs into your 9x13 pan.
  • Melting the chocolate squares.

    Melt your 8 Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate squares over low heat. Set aside to cool.
  • Adding vanilla to cream cheese and sugar.

    Add your four packages of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla to a bowl.
  • Beating cream cheese together.

    Beat until well blended and smooth.
  • Beginning to whip heavy cream.

    In a second bowl, whip your heavy cream until peaks are starting to form.
  • Adding vanilla and powdered sugar to the cream.

    Add remaining 2 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbsp powdered sugar.
  • Whipping heavy cream until peaks form.

    Whip until peaks are formed. Do not over beat or it will become lumpy.
  • Combining whipped cream and cream cheese in a bowl.

    Combine the two bowls (cream cheese mix and whipped cream) and mix until blended.
  • Splitting the mixture into two bowls.

    Place half the mixture back into the other bowl.
  • Pouring melted chocolate into one bowl.

    In the first bowl with half of the mixture, pour in the melted chocolate
  • Mixing chocolate with cream mixtures.

    Mix completely.
  • Dolloping chocolate mixture onto the Oreo crust.

    Place blobs around the crust to help spread out the mixture.
  • Adding crunched up Oreos to the other bowl.

    Crunch up as many of the second package of Double Stuffed Oreos as you would like. My children seemed to make some of mine vaporize before they got into the recipe. Place a portion of the thick crumbs into the second mixture.
  • Drop dollops of the Oreo cream mixture on top of the chocolate cream.

    Drop blobs of the second mixture over the chocolate mixture.
  • Spread evenly across the pan.

  • Adding remaining Oreos on top.

    Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the top.
  • Covering with plastic wrap to chill.
