How to Make ORANGE CHIFFON CAKE
- STIR THE FOLLOWING INGREDS. TOGETHER:
FLOUR, SUGAR, B. POWDER, SALT.
MAKE A WELL & ADD IN ORDER:
OIL, EGG YOLKS, WATER & ORANGE PEEL
STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. MEASURE EGG WHITES & CRM OF TARTAR INTO LG. MIXING BOWL. BEAT UNTIL VERY STIFF PEAKS FORM.
GRADUALLY POUR EGG YOLK MIXTURE OVER BEATEN EGG WHITES, GENTLY FOLD JUST UNTIL BLENDED. - POUR INTO GREASED & FLOURED TUBE PAN
