    chopped chocolate covered peanuts
  • 1 pkg
    (18.25 oz) german chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    peanut oil
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 pkg
    instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 3
    king size baby ruth candy bars,sliced
  • 1 c
    caramel ice cream topping
  • LIME CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 3/4 c
    almond milk
  • 1
    container frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese,softened
  • 3 tsp
    lime juice

How To Make nutty lime ruth cake?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease and floured 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.Add chopped honey roasted and chocolate covered peanuts;mix well.

    In a large bowl,combine cake mix,water,oil,egg whites, pudding mix and peanut butter with a electric mixer,at low speed until moistened,beat 2 minutes at the high speed.

    Pour into prepared cake pans.Add sliced baby ruth bars and press down with a spoon.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes out clean.Cool completely on the wire rack.

    To make Lime Cream Cheese Frosting:in a medium bowl,combine almond milk,whipped topping,cream cheese and lime juice,whisk together until blended.Set aside.
