How to Make NOT GUILTY, NOT SORRY Strawberry Angel Cake
- Cut 2 1/2 cups strawberries into 1/4 in. pieces. Add the sugar and let rest at room temp for 1 hr. to extract juice from the berries.
- Place into mixing bowl and add water. Mix as directed on cake mix box.
- Pour into a 9x12 in UNGREASED pyrex cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 36 min. Do not open oven door while baking.
