It's cheating, but it's too good to worry about that! This was my Mamoo's recipe. My hubby asks for it all the time. Great cheesecake flavor, good texture, and it doesn't get any easier! Plus, it's WAY better than that brand name gelatin variety! :)

How To Make no bake cheesecake

Whip cream cheese, add sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Mix in Cool Whip.

Spoon into crust. Chill 2 hours, or until firm. Serve with topping of choice.
