everyone loves this cake i make it every fall like 5 times and i make it for Thanksgiving dinner also.. great and easy to make!

Ingredients For luscious pumpkin cake

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 15oz canpumpkin devided

1/2 cmilk
-
1/3 coil
-
4lg eggs
-
1 1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice devided

1 1/2 pkg8 oz cream cheese softened
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
1 1/2 pkgcool whip (not frozen just in the fridge)
How To Make luscious pumpkin cake

1pre heat oven to 350 grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans. beat cake and 1 cup pumpkin, milk, oil, eggs and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until blended, bake 20-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean, let cool completely

2in another bowl beat cream cheese until smooth add powdered sugar the rest of the can of pumpkin and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix well. fold in cool whip

3frost cakes with topping you made the sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish
