Ingredients For lemon ice box cake

3egg yolks, reserve whites

1/2 csugar
-
1lemon, juiced
-
whipped egg whites

1/2 ptwhipping cream

1 boxvanilla wafers
How To Make lemon ice box cake

1Cook egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice over hot water until creamy. Let cool.

2Whip egg whites, bold whipping cream into egg mixture and blend.

3Place 1 cup vanilla waffer crumbs lining the bottom of the pan before pouring. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the top. Place in freezing unit then serve.
