1/4 cchopped pecans
1/4 cbrown sugar or coconut brown sugar or stevia & monk fruit blend
1/8 call purpose 1 to 1 gluten free flour
1/4 cbutter, melted
How to Make Gluten Free, Pecan Pie Mug Cake
- Mix pecans, sugar and flour together.
- Melt butter and add to pecan mixture.
- Mix egg and vanilla together and add to pecan mixture.
- Grease a mug or bowl and add batter.
- Microwave for one minute, check if not done microwave for 30 seconds more until done.
- Mine took two and a half minutes.
