How To Make fudgy applesauce brownies

  • 1
Preheat oven to 175 Celsius or 350 Farenheit. Grease a 13x9 pan or just spray with PAM
  • 2
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • 3
Mix until well combined then give it a few extra beats to develop the gluten in the flour and make the brownies a little more chewy
  • 4
Pour into pregreased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. You want them to still be a little "uncooked" to the eye because they will continue to cook a little when you remove them from the oven. Be careful you don't mistake a melted chocolate chip for the batter still being uncooked!!!
