Fresh Peach & Cherry Cobbler

Being a Southern girl, I have had all types of fruit cobbler. It was my Gram's go to dessert. Anyway, I was at Costco and was missing home, so I bought peaches, then decided to go a step further and buy a ton of bing cherries. (My son and I can eat cherries like The Witches of Eastwick. Sorry for the vague pop culture reference.)

I noticed the peaches and cherries weren't being eaten as quickly as normal. (The son was away from home) This inspired me to find a creative way to get rid of some! Hope you enjoy!

Once you try this cobbler, each year you will anxiously await peach and cherry season. And it will be worth the wait ... because this cobbler is that good! Sweet, tart and oh so tasty! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
