How to Make FRESH COCONUT CAKE
- Mix cake mix as directed on the box and back. When cake is done poke holes in cake. Best baked in a 9x13 pan
- Mix Cream of Coconut and Sweetened Condensed Milk pour over warm cake.
- Use one bag of the frozen coconut and spread over cream of coconut mixture.
- Mix coconut pudding as directed on package. Pour over cake after cooled.
- put the cool whip on top with the other 2 bags of frozen coconut.
- put in fridge. Wait one day before cutting.
