So easy to make and so yummy to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    german chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1
    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, make cake mix as directed.
  • 2
    Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Place butter and cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave, stirring until butter is melted.

    Beat in powdered sugar. Pour cake mix over pecan mix in pan. Drizzle w/ cream cheese mix. Bake about 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in ctr comes out clean, w/ a few crumbs.
