(16 oz total) packages of cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

eggs
3/4 c
mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided

(9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

How to Make EASY CHEESE CAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. WITH A HAND MIXER AT MEDIUM SPEED, COMBINE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. THEN ADD EGGS AND BLEND WELL. NEXT ADD 1/2 CUP OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL MIXED.
  • 2POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE PREPARED PIE CRUST. SPRINKLE ADDITIONAL CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP.
  • 3BAKE PIE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL. FOR BEST RESULTS, REFRIGERATE FOR 3 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
