Ingredients
- cake:
- 1 package devil's food cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- frosting:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 5-6 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract, if desired

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pans. Cool completely.

Step 2In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients, beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Fill and frost cake.
