  Combine: 2 c flour 1/2 t salt 2 c sugar 1 t powder 2 eggs 1/2 c sour cream

  Mix together all but eggs, which are added after cocoa mixture: Bring to boil, 2 sticks of oleo, 1 c water, 4 T cocoa. Add at once to flour mixture, mix well (then add eggs, mix well, but recipe doesn't remind you to do so at this point). Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 min at 350 degrees.

  Icing: 1 lb powdered sugar 1 c chopped pecans 1 t vanilla Bring to boil: 1 stick oleo 6 T milk 4 T cocoa Add at once to powdered sugar mixture. Mix and ice cake right out of the oven.

  NOTE: it should go without saying that you pour it into a cookie sheet with sides, and I tend to spray mine with pam for baking, which includes the flour in the spray...
