If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with Diabetes, then you know carbs are NOT our friends! This is a great dessert as its virtually carb free! What makes this dessert more fun if served in a sand bucket to look like a bucket full of dirt! You can also change all the chocolate ingredients to vanilla ingredients and make a "Sand Cake". Very simple!

Start with a layer about an inch deep in the bottom of your cleaned sand bucket...layer cookies, pudding, cool whip and keep repeating until your to the top. make sure your top layer is cookies so it looks like dirt. You can also push a few gummy worms down in the top to look like worms (optional) are coming out of it. Be sure to serve with the shovel!!! Best if served cold, but not good the 2nd day as the cookies will start to take on moisture.
