3/4 cunsalted butter

9 ozsimi-sweet chocolate

6large eggs seperated

1/8 tspsalt

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspvanilla extract

6 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 boxchocolate instant pudding
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspcream of tartar

NOTE" THE CREAM OF TARTER SHOULD BE ABOVE WITH SALT. I COULDN'T FUGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT THERE
How to Make Chocolate Souffle Cake
- To make the cake ,in a heavey sauce pan,melt the 3/4 cup butter and chocolate together over low heat
until smooth and blended well together. Let cool. In a large bowl beat the egg whites until foamy,add salt and cream of tarter, beat until soft peaks foam. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form. Set aside - In a large bowl beat the egg yolks thick and lemon color. Beat in the remaining granulated sugar,the brown sugar,and the vanilla until creamy and smooth.Stir in the chocolate mixture and flour. Stir in a third of the egg white mixture to lighten the batter. and then gently fold in the remaining whites. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
