How To Make cake flour

1Measure out the all-purpose flour that you’ll need for your recipe.

2For every cup of flour you use, take out 2 tbsp of flour & return it to the flour bin. Throw the cup of flour (minus the 2 tbsp) into a sifter set over a bowl.

3Replace the 2 tbsp of flour that your removed with 2 tbsp of cornstarch.

4Sift the flour & cornstarch together. Sift it 6 times. The flour & cornstarch need to be well incorporated & the flour aerated. You just made cake flour!
