This was a Holiday recipe that I made for a friends birthday in May. It was such a HUGE hit I make it every year for that same birthday, 10 yrs later many have used it for various occasions.

Ingredients For awesome rum cake

1 boxbutter cake mix
-
1 boxinstant vanilla pudding
-
1/2 coil
-
1/2 cwater
-
4eggs one at a time
-
1/2 crum - any kind you like

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground - optional
-
1/2 tspnutmeg - optional
-
1 ccoarse chopped pecans
How To Make awesome rum cake

1Grease Bundt pan liberally & put pecans in bottom of pan. Mix ingredients (spices are wonderful but as stated, optional), pour over pecans.

2Glaze: 1 C Confec. sugar 1 stick Butter 1/4 C water 1/4 C rum Cook on low for 5 mins, cool until it starts to thicken, spoon over cake
