This cake is a sweet crunchy treat to bake at apple picking time! We used Winesap apples and it turned out great.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We can't think of a better way to start the day than with a slice of this apple streusel coffee cake. It's a quick and easy to make cake that's layered with apple slices. On top is a buttery cinnamon spice crumble. The crumble melts into the apples and caramelizes them. Biting into the soft cake and caramelized apples is heavenly. Make sure to serve this warm... it's a wonderful coffee cake. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
