This year the apples are abundant in New York State. So I pulled every recipe card out I have that includes apples and got baking. The aroma of applesauce added to baked goods was so inviting.

Thanks to the applesauce, apple juice concentrate, and the apples, these are some apple intense muffins. They are fabulous! While baking, your kitchen will smell like fall. Baking with oat bran gives the muffins a slightly different texture. There's a slight cinnamon flavor and bits of apple in each bite. Not overly sweet, the tops are a little crunchy while inside the muffin is tender. A wonderful breakfast treat! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
