How to Make Apple Pecan Cake
- Preheat oven to 325.
Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans
- Combine sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, salt & baking soda.
- Add pecans and apples to this mixture.
- Gradually add flour to this mixture.
If it is too dry you can add water at this point a little at a time, until it’s come to a consistency that you can stir it easier.
- Pour mixture into your prepared loaf pans evenly.
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
