I'm a "foofoo" coffee lover! I got bored with the plain old brownies and started messing around, came up with these and they were gone in an instant!!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    melted butter
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp
    special dark cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    hazelnut creamer (dry)
  • 2 small
    diced apples

How to Make Apple hazelnut brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients except apples to mixing bowl, mix until thoroughly combined. Add apples and transfer batter to 8x8 greased baking pan.
    Bake in 350* oven for 40-45 minutes & toothpick in center comes out clean!
