Grandma Berry belonged to several clubs ei. Bridge, Flower, etc. Always a reason to serve lucheon or just desert! :) This was a favorite.

Ingredients For angel strawberry royal

1store bought angel food cake

1 pkgstrawberry jello
-
1/2 csugar, omit if using frozen sweetened strawberries

1 cwater
-
1 ptfresh strawberries

1 ptwhipping cream, whipped
How To Make angel strawberry royal

1Heat (DO NOT COOK) in saucepan, 1 cup water, sugar(if using fresh strawberries)and package of jello, THEN COOL only

2Add pint of cut up fresh strawberries (can use frozen, sweetened). Whip Cream and fold into cooled jello fruit mixture.

3Crumble cake and place 1/3 in pan add 1/3 of jello, continue for 3 layers. Cover with plastic wrap, chill over night. Serve with whipped cream
