I use this on everything!!! I mean evrything, meat, chick, fish, vegetables, fruits. My Grandmon used it and I'm 54 years old now...

It's a flavor enhancer.

I've seen people who claim to be allergic to MSG eat food with Accent & no one has ever complained of a head ache or any other side effects....other than TOO FULL! lol

The ingredients are NOT listed on the container, I guess for copyright reasons? The nutritional info requirements ARE listed. I can find it at every store in the "baking goods" aisle, next to the salt.
