2 teaspoons caraway seeds (or celery seeds)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard

1 teaspoon sugar
•
pepper
•
2 carrots, peeled and grated
•
1 small sweet onion, minced
