For Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon finely grated zest from 1 to 2 lemons
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
For Filling:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
4 teaspoons juice from 1 to 2 lemons
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
For the Lemon Drizzle:
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/2 to 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
