INGREDIENTS

One 8 oz. pineapple juice

1/4 to 1 cup superfine sugar (to one's own taste)

1 cinnamon stick

3 star anise or cloves

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
•
4 cups mixed seasonal fruit, chopped
•
mint leaves for garnish

2-1/2 cups red wine (optional)

•
2 large bananas (frozen)
•
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
•
