Not sure where I found these but I adjusted to my liking. I always make a double batch and then I freeze what is left over. A double batch will make 8 fluffy waffles.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Forget about pre-made waffle mixes, these fluffy waffles are easy to make and so yummy. They're made with ingredients you probably have in your kitchen already. With a hint of cinnamon, they are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. It's a basic recipe that will go great with whatever toppings your family likes. From syrup to fruit or chocolate chips, have fun when serving the waffles. Do not be concerned about the amount of baking powder in this recipe. It really makes for a nice fluffy waffle. These are going to regularly be on your weekend menu.
