extra fluffy pancakes ever

these pancakes are even good warmed up in the microwave. i saw the recipe on television and knew i had to try them. i will never make any other kind. my family and friends say its the best ever eaten.

Ingredients For extra fluffy pancakes ever

  • 1 1/2 c
    cake flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    heaping of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1
    large egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make extra fluffy pancakes ever

  • 1
    mix the dry ingredients together. in another bowl add the egg, buttermilk and vanilla. combine the two. it will expand almost immediately. fry on a greased griddle until lightly brown, turn over. these are very light and fluffy. with or without butter on them they are wonderful.

    you can add one cup of blueberries if you like.
