Sweet Toast

Carmen Pearlswig

My husband & I went to an ant-inflammatory diet class and I have been finding new ways to enjoy food with as little processed food & sugar as possible. Honey is a surprisingly wonderful substitute for sugar, I might even say it's better!
Dave's Killer Bread or Ezekiel bread are a healthy choice if you are going to eat bread! I use Dave's Good Seed bread.
