Ingredients For simple french toast

  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 6
    thick, diagonal slices of italian loaf, or 6 slices of texas toast, or regular white bread if that's all ya have!
  • butter flavored cooking spray
  • maple syrup or syrup flavor of choice

How To Make simple french toast

    Spray a skillet or griddle with nonstick, butter flavored cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. While pan is heating,beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon In a shallow dish.

    Dip bread into mixture, coating both sides.

    Place bread on griddle and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with desired flavor of syrup.
