If you love Oatmeal and pumpkin pie your going to love this ???? taste JUST like pumpkin pie, not only is it as delicious it is healthy too and filling . I make this up and divide it into 4 equal portions. I eat one and the rest goes in the fridge, perfect breakfast or snack for on the go ???? Some nights I eat this for my snack ???? I add the maple syrup and milk and yep i eat it cold its sooo good ????

Ingredients For pumpkin pie oatmeal

  • WHAT YOU NEED
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats (or old-fashioned rolled oats)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 4 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk

How To Make pumpkin pie oatmeal

    1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add oats; cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat.

    2. Add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and pecans; mix well.

    3. Divide evenly between 4 serving bowls; top each with maple syrup and the milk. Enjoy

    Note : If you use old-fashioned rolled oats, reduce cooking time to 5 to 7 minutes.
