  • 1 lb
    lox filet, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large
    sundried tomato bagels
  • 6-8 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 1 medium
    zest of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 Tbsp
  • 4 pinch
    course black pepper

How to Make Lemon Zest Lox Breakfast Sammie


  1. in a small mixing bowl, fold lemon zest into cream cheese. split bagels in half. **build your sammie** spread cream cheese on all slices, on the bottom half of the bagel, add capers, lox, tomatoes and sprinkle with pepper. place the top half of the bagel on. slice and serve!
