  • 1 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/4 c
    pecan
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, room temperature

How to Make Hearty Breakfast Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. mix together in another bowl the wet ingredients
  4. add the wet to the dry and mix well.
    divide batter equally in muffin tins ( also can be made as a loaf) bake for 30 mins or when a toothpick comes out clean.
