This is my own version of two different recipes. Took out a few things and added a few others. Delicious cold or add 1/2 cup of milk and microwave.

Ingredients For granola clusters

  • 3 c
    quaker oats (i use quick quaker oats)
  • 1 c
    almonds (coarsely chopped0
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    golden raisins
  • 1/2 c
    dried apricots (cut in small pieces)
  • 1/2 c
    craisins (dried cranberries

How To Make granola clusters

    Line a large cookie sheet (with sides) with Parchment paper.

    Using large bowl, Add oats, Pecans and Almonds. Stir in Canola oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Spread the mixture out onto the Parchment paper that is on the cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.

    When done, cool completely. Then stir in dried fruit. Enjoy!
