Ingredients For granola

1 1/2 crolled oats

1/2 coat flour (you can put oats in a processor or blender to make this)

1/4 ccashews, unsalted (if you use salted dont add additional salt)

1/2 calmonds (i like the sliced ones)

pinchcinnamon

pinchsea salt
-
1/2 clite coconut milk
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspvanilla extract
-
3/4 Tbspcashew butter (you can sub peanut or almond butter)

1 Tbspmaple syrup
-
1/4 cdried cranberries
-
3/4 cdried cherries
-
2 Tbsphoney
How To Make granola

1Preheat oven to 275°. Lightly coat a baking sheet with canola oil.

2Combine oats, oat flour, nuts, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl and mix well. Combine coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cashew butter and maple syrup in a small bowl and mix well. Add to dry mixture and mix until ingredients are moist.

3Crumble mixture onto baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring after 25 minutes to allow for even cooking. Remove granola from oven, break apart while still slightly warm and toss with dried fruit and honey. Cool on baking sheet.
