These are a recipe from Elana's Pantry. I love the taste of these bars. You can add different nuts and seeds to it if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    blanced almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 c
    grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 c
    agave nectar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c
    almond slivers
  • 1/4 c
    raisins

How to Make Gluten Free Breakfast Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease an 8x8" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  2. In a small bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. In a large bowl combine the grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet
  5. Mix in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.
  6. Press into your baking pan and pat down making it even.
  7. Bake. Allow to cool and cut.
  8. Enjoy!
