These are a kid favorite (and I have picky kids) in our house and gets fruit into the kiddos as well as some hidden veggies.... Seasonal fruits work great and in the winter these become apple, zuchinni, carrot pancakes

1/2 cfinely shredded carrots

1/2 cfinally shredded strawberries

1/8 cpureed blueberries

1/8 cfinely shredded zuchini

How To Make getting you at least one serving a day pancakes!!

1Mix pancake batter following directions on package. Shred all fruit and veggies together and blend into the batter. Any fruit can be used but these make great colors and since I am up before the kids they have no idea what is in them. I will also sub out juice for the water and add a pack of apple cider mix (powdered) to give it a little spice in lieu of the strawberries,
