1/4 cflaxseed ground into meal
1/2 cboiling water
2 Tbspalmond butter
·almond milk to taste
·stevia sweetner if desired
How to Make FLAXSEED HOT CEREAL--LOW CARB--BONNIE'S
- Place the ground flax seed in the bowl, add the boiling water, add cinnamon and nutmeg and Stevia sweetener.
- Stir well, then add the applesauce and the almond butter.
- Stir again and add almond milk as desired.
- Optional: peanut butter instead of almond butter or add cranberries, or berries if desired. (10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein)
