3overripe bananas, peeled & mashed
2 1/4 cold fashioned oats (do not use quick cooking kind
1/4 cfrozen mini chocolate chips
1/4 ccrunchy peanut butter
1 pinchkosher salt
How to Make Easy banana breakfast cookies
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix well with a fork making sure all the mixture is well coated.
- Scoop into a well greased baking pan with large scoop into 9 big cookies. Wet your hands and using your palm press the cookies down into a cookie shape.
- Bake in a 350 degree or heated oven for 11-15 minutes or until slightly browned & a little firm and drier on top when touched. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes, remove & place on wax paper to cool and harden completely. Store cookies in a covered container in the fridge. Enjoy
