My kids love this recipe. I make a loaf in the beginning of the week then warm up slices for breakfast each morning. Great for soft bananas you want to use up and not waste.

3bananas, mashed (1 cup mashed banana)

How To Make chocolate chip banana bread

1Preheat the oven to 350.

2Grease and flour a 8 1/2 in x 4 1/2 in loaf pan (or use baking spray, such as Baker's Joy.

3In a large bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, and oil. Whisk in flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips (do not overmix), and pour into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 70 mins. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 mins, then turn out and cool completely, right side up.
