Ingredients For breakfast cookies

2bananas, mashed

1/3 cpeanut butter

2/3 cunsweetened applesauce

1 tspvanilla

1/2 tspcinnamon

11/2 cold fashioned oats

1/4 cunsalted peanuts, chopped

1/4 cmini semi-sweet chips
-
1/4 cshredded coconut
How To Make breakfast cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2Combine bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon.

3Add in the oats, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir until well combined.

4Using cookie scoop drop onto cookie sheet.

5Flatten slightly.

6Bake 13 to 15b minutes.

7Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
