    eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2/3 c
    almond flour
  • 2 c
    chopped ham

How to Make Keto Ham & Cheese Breakfast Biscuits


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat mat.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Eat while warm. Can easily be frozen.
