Those of you familiar with an Everything Bagel from Panera Bread know how incredibly amazing they are, so this is a slim thin version of that bagel and alot less calories too. I was looking for a way to make an incredible BLT sammie packed with flavor but a slimming version and here it is. It is a very simple recipe but with the bagel thin and the french aoili sauce it is PACKED with power to make you drool. haha....still cutting out alot of calories in the process. This one my husband Anthony insisted on me posting, so here it is. I will take a pic later to compare bagels.

Here is the bagels that I used. Cook up your bacon, toast up your bagels in toaster or toaster oven, and get busy layering that sammie. Now, once you have all your goodies on it, you can wrap in tinfoil and pop back in your toaster oven to melt that yummy XSC cheese or eat it as is. I prefer the cheese melted.

This french aioli sauce is so delicious and really packs on the flavor in this sammie. You'll honestly will want another sammie but stop and relish the one you had. It's all good, you can make one tomorrow. LOL

Comparison of the "Everything" Bagels...now I will say that Panera's Everything Bagel packs way more flavor, so my suggestion is mix some olive oil with some garlic salt or powder, onion powder and a few more sesame & poppy seeds then brush on the top of your slim thin bagel and place in toaster oven for more flavor.
