How to Make Sugar free Orange Maralade

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice oranges in half and into thin slices. Then into small pieces .zest lemon and juice. Place all into a pan add 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil cook for 1 hour.turn off add sugar stir to dissolve cover and leave over night.
  2. Next day bring oranges back to a boil lower heat to low and cook for 2 hours. Then add 2 Tbls of real fruit low or no sugar pectin and bring back to a full boil that can not be stirred down for a min. Turn off stir in 1/2 pack of unflavored gelatin .
  3. Pour into sterilized jars seal and process in a water bath for 20 mins. Remove from water and cool label with date and store on shelve for 1yr after opening store in the fridge.
